The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even bought me flowers on my birthday and ensured our two dogs were welcome. The massages at the spa were fantastic, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
The breakfast could have been more varied, offering regional specialties like fantastic cheese and fresh orange juice. the lack of air conditioning was a disappointment, especially when it was advertised as being available.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The location was beautiful, with excellent views and a charming old town nearby. The breakfast provided delicious cakes that were a highlight of our stay.
